          Quick, simple installation and all stainless construction.  Choice of thru the cover or hidden under the cover for any LS type engine.  Thru the cover lines have 26”" flex hose with SS female 06 AN ends.  Under the cover lines have 40"” hoses; custom lengths and hose ends available upon request.  See custom hose section.

Installation instructions for thru the cover lines:

         

Stainless compression fittings attach your lines directly to the stock GM fuel rail.  Slide the compression fitting on the GM connector until the tubing bottom is in the fitting body and tighten according to swedgelok fitting instructions which are included in this kit.  The small clamp attaches the SS tubing to the back of the driver side head; the large clamp can be used on the back of the passenger side head, or a bell housing bolt.  Leak check your lines before starting your engine.  (see leak check /disclaimer info)

Installation instructions for under cover lines:

          Slide the 90 degree compression fitting onto the fuel rail and follow the swedgelok fitting instructions included with this kit.  Complete your installation, pressurize your fuel system, and check for leaks.

 

 

 LS-2 and LS-7 

                                                                

                                  

 

          Remove your fuel rail from your intake.  Using a tubing cutter cut the supply line just behind the bead on the tube (see photo).  Leave at least ¾"of tubing on fuel rail to attach the compression fitting.  Using fine sandpaper, remove the paint from the end of the tube. Re-install rails on intake.  Follow the swedgelok fitting instructions and install the fuel line.  Use a rubber hammer or the palm of your hand to gently bend the 90 degree fitting down slightly so that it clears your engine covers.  Install your clamp and complete your installation.  Before starting your car, pressurize your fuel system and check for leaks.  (see leak check/disclaimer sheet).
